HIIT / Strength Training - Group Class

Great experience! My first time in the class. The instructor showed the movements very clearly before the workout showing the wrong postures, too to remind us. The instructors were helping me pick the right dumbbells during the workout (when I felt not right). The instructor also corrected me when I did something in a bad movement and showed me the correct way during the workout. The whole workout is intense but solid and clear. It was great experience! I will definitely join again.

    BJJ - No Gi

I like the Jiujitsu instructions by a purple belt Jon. He is patient and helpful. The facility is spacious and clean. The womens locker is bare minimal. The warm up was weird because it was Taught by the tae Kwon do instructor, and no one wanted to partner with me for the first few exercises probably because I’m new small female. It’s mostly boys and adult males training. Its ok because Its important to go outside of your comfort zone. I tell myself to make the best of it and would recommend this place for anyone interested in trying out martial arts for fitness reasons.
