see all reviewsMichelle is the highest level professional. This class is great for maintaining your body fit and keeping it challenged. There are many levels of difficulty depending on your capacity. It is never easy even after 6 months. In the first class, I could do only 70% of the whole program with mini breaks, now (after 6 months) I can do 90% of advanced options. Feels good to see progress.
