At first i had trouble hearing her but once I tuned into her voice it was easy. Also you can always look at her for instructions which helped. Wanted to take a class to get back into loving exercise. This was a great way to do that.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed the body jam class with Carolyn! She is warm and welcoming and light on her feet. The dance moves are more challenging than Zumba, but at the same time possible for beginners to pick up. The combinations are fun and asymmetrical which is good for the brain as well as body. Will definitely come again, in fact this class may become an addiction.
