    All-levels Vinyasa Yoga

Casey was easygoing, had fun music, and gave really clear cues. This class was challenging (contrary to another review), but I suppose yoga is as challenging as you make it. Highly recommend. I will def be going back. This class is the best deal in town (75min!).

    Advanced Vinyasa

Whoa, that was challenging. The instructor is the guru of gurus, and this is the hardest and most complete yoga class in New York. Some students were like pro contortionists, and the instructor still knew how to help them advance their practice. This is where you go to learn the most advanced poses and push your body to the limit!!!

    Community Run (over Brooklyn Bridge)

Awesome class!! Jesse adjusts the run according to your level. I had a really good time, I challenged myself and was able to make it through the entire course. Jesse was encouraging and gave good, helpful tips. I highly recommend this class! Enjoy the run!
