    Slow Flow - 60 Min.

This was lovely vinyasa flow. It definitely didn’t feel like a “slow” flow. Positions were held for pretty short moments but it was a pleasant class. Definitely expected longer holds and less vinyasa flow based on the description of the class but I would go back knowing what it is!

    Hot Power Vinyasa

Incredible class. The instruction was clear, grounded, and deeply intentional. You could feel that the teacher, Majo, wasn’t just leading a class—she was fully immersed in her own personal practice, and that authenticity made the experience incredibly powerful. There was a depth to the class that felt spiritual without ever being forced or performative. It was one of those rare practices that stays with you long after the mat is rolled up.

I practice yoga a LOT, and have for many years, so I've had experience with a lot of different yoga teachers and teaching styles. Audrey is truly an exceptional teacher. Really really enjoyed the class and the flow of this yoga. Instructor was awesome. I would totally take another class here. This yoga class was AMAZING. The instructor was incredible. Honestly probably one of the best yoga classes I’ve ever taken. I loved the slow warm up that led into a spicy flow.
