Slow Flow - 60 Min.
see all reviewsThis was lovely vinyasa flow. It definitely didn’t feel like a “slow” flow. Positions were held for pretty short moments but it was a pleasant class. Definitely expected longer holds and less vinyasa flow based on the description of the class but I would go back knowing what it is!

see all reviewsIncredible class. The instruction was clear, grounded, and deeply intentional. You could feel that the teacher, Majo, wasn’t just leading a class—she was fully immersed in her own personal practice, and that authenticity made the experience incredibly powerful. There was a depth to the class that felt spiritual without ever being forced or performative. It was one of those rare practices that stays with you long after the mat is rolled up.
