You go at your own pace or you can keep up. there were definitely moments I felt like I couldn't keep up but I never felt shamed or uncomfortable. it's nice to have a supportive group! they also have child care for the parents that need 1 hr to themselves!

Never once have I felt judged by them or class attendees. It’s always a lovely energy, she makes sure to really connect with all of us who come in, and we even get to joke when things get tough (because you will shake). Just such a lovely safe space that I cannot recommend enough!!

She was super friendly and helpful. Good amount of equipment and everything I used appeared to be in great condition. Also nice that we can use the HIIT area for open gym when classes aren’t in session. Looking forward to coming back again!
