*NEW CLIENT* Restorative Bodywork–60 mins
see all reviewsThis was an incredible experience! I’ve had years of sciatic pain and the classic desk job pains. This felt incredibly healing and restorative. I think adding restorative bodywork to my consistent physical therapy routine would be so beneficial. I left the appointment and immediately sent the Honored Body website to 5 friends 💖

see all reviewsI took the 7:30 am sculpt & flow class. The teacher was fun, the space was clean, I liked the hot girl playlist, and the colored lighting was nice to get into the right headspace for pushing through those hard reps. The class is high energy and will whoop you in a good way! I am a bit out of shape and struggled to keep up the whole time, but I still really enjoyed it and am hungry for more (: This is a heated class- warm enough to get a good sweat but not stiflingly hot. I really enjoyed the fast paced yoga warm up to loud music! Great way to kick off the morning (;

I loved their slow and individual approach. Thank you for acknowledging the land we practice on and the practice coming from South Asia, also thank you for acknowledging the genocide in Palestine, the class was on Oct 7 and it is on my mind a lot. Thank you lowen, I hope to see more of you soon

The teacher was amazing and walked you through every part so you understood exactly what you needed to do and how to modify if you needed to. Will definitely be adding this class into my routine.

see all reviewsI love Dear Yoga and Keili Mei is one of my favorite instructors there. This class is a perfect combo of strong vinyasa, a yin wind-down, then a lovely sound bath during savasana. Keili always does a great gradual warm-up and I especially appreciate the focus on getting hamstrings ready to do balancing poses. She's a smart and thoughtful instructor and I always have a great experience.
