I think this class would be excellent the day after a hard training session. The studio as a whole was peaceful and had all amenities you could ask for. I look forward to returning for another class!

see all reviewsThis little studio space is so cozy and inviting. The lobby is beautiful! I loved the smaller class size to make for a more intimate practice. Jess was very grounding and has a great calming voice for instructing. It was a nice paced class, as a seasoned yogi getting back into my practice. Jess offered a more challenging pose at the end which was fun to try!

see all reviewsKat was a great instructor! She was very welcoming and showed us where everything was. The class had a good amount of stretches, focused on hips and back primarily. Street parking was free, but plan on potentially parking a few blocks away and walking a few minutes to the studio. The studio is small with only one yoga room, and you can definitely hear sounds outside or in other rooms. The room also definitely echos. I would definitely go again!

see all reviewsI had a great first class with Alejandra! The facilities are well kept and the equipment is cleaned with sanitizer bottles and rags throughout the class. She gave clear instructions and made a welcome space for people to ask questions and go at their own pace/ level of fitness. I liked that the class was challenging, but time was built in for a proper warm up/cool down and a focus on technique. Hope to be back for another class!

But Abby’s class encouraged free flowing movement and fluidity, and was very intuitive to the female body! I moved my body in ways I hadn’t in years. I had a saving grace of one move that's used often so I could regain my composure. I've done Birkham hot yoga, and I'm still not a big fan of the hot heat. I'll need to try the warm yoga next. Hopefully, with Jerome:)
