see all reviewsI really liked Dane‘s calm approach, an easy-going style. There was a person in class that was making a lot of noise, and swearing. I’m not sure what the policy is, but it was fairly disruptive.

see all reviewsI went to this class at the guidance of another instructor at this gym. It was amazing. I have been needing deep stretching for awhile and it was exactly what I needed. The teacher was amazing and walked you through every part so you understood exactly what you needed to do and how to modify if you needed to. Will definitely be adding this class into my routine.

see all reviewsReally great class! Megan was a fun instructor and I felt challenged in a great way. A note for other Classpass folks: the studio is a bit hard to find inside the gym because there are a ton of different spaces. There’s no obvious front desk when you walk in or anyone to help you, so it might be nice to have some signage or something directing you up the stairs to the back if you’re coming to a class!

see all reviewsI was nervous about this class because I am weak, inflexible, fat, and uncoordinated, and I was anticipating that it would be at best lightly humiliating. But I enjoyed the heck out of the class, and I felt supported, safe, and welcome (and not at all humiliated). The teacher offered a lot of variations on activities that I think allowed all participants to be challenged. I got sweaty and elevated my heart rate a bit, but it definitely isn't a cardio experience. It did wear out some of my muscles, and I was a little sore the next day in some weird ways. Mostly, though, it was just really fun and interesting to move my body in ways I haven't in decades.
