    I was so happy to be able to finally try reformer Pilates. I had no experience and was able to do the class as a beginner. Both the instructor helped me a lot as well as the other people taking the class around me. Everyone was very nice and welcoming! The class was very challenging and gave me a great workout, my heart beat was high and I was sweating a lot despite the slower movements - I know it was a good workout and I will be sore!

    Super fun class. For someone who likes to dance but doesn’t go out to clubs anymore it was great. I loved seeing different ages and body shapes all dancing. Very positive energy, loved that there are cubbies in the room, lots of space even in a decently full morning class, and the moves definitely would take a little to learn but nothing crazy that would be hard with a little practice. They also feature local artists in the lobby area which I thought was pretty cool.

    This was my first visit here coming from a background of doing yoga twice a week but not doing weight lifting. I’d recommend coming 10 minutes early so you can grab a mat and stretch before the workout. Today had 3 stations, each comprising of 3-5 exercises each that you repeat for several rounds. Ashley was incredibly patient, and explained each move for me 1:1, and stresses proper form which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend and would say be patient with yourself, and don’t give up!

The instructor did a great job of explaining different options and modifications, as well as showing them. Great for beginners or anyone who wants to take a slower pace, plenty of variety of poses. Class ends with shavasana and Jennifer provides helpful adjustments if you want them. Left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Will be back for another soon!

    The person I met at the front desk (Nancy) was awesome! She got me set up very quickly and showed me how to sign up and sign in going forward - very simple process. She was super friendly and helpful. Good amount of equipment and everything I used appeared to be in great condition. Also nice that we can use the HIIT area for open gym when classes aren’t in session. Looking forward to coming back again!
