    I’ve tried sculpt at several different studios and Amy’s class is by far the most consistently tough (in a great way). I love that we work out the entire time. Many sculpt classes at other studios stop at 45 minutes - this class is a fantastic full body workout for 60 minutes.

    I really appreciated this class and the use of the bar. I struggle with knee issues and typically can’t do lunges. With the use of the bar I was able to get a great leg workout without my knees buckling. The instructor was fabulous and I will definitely take her class again.
