see all reviewsStill miss Zak but Josh has been doing a great job. Josh is very friendly and very welcoming. The only slight change I would like to present is a change up with the class format. Zak used to have various formats for his template so we never knew what to expect each time. Two of Josh's stations are always 45-15 (with 9 rounds). I have been going to the Saturday class since Josh took over and it hasn't changed. I love variety and spice and Zak always kept it interesting. I would also like some more cardio in the stations (or at least two out of the four) so it's an even balance. I don't want Josh to think I am "anti-Josh." I want to see him succeed. I love how Josh is asking for theme music class ideas and he really is a kind human who loves people.

see all reviewsDeka was great! Super friendly and welcoming, and I like how he offered modifications for the different exercises. I am also not a big cycler so I like that the cycling portion is only 20 mins. Even though it’s shorter than a full class, I still worked up a sweat. The studio is super clean and new, and I love the vibe.

The machines at the studio provide a perfect blend of traditional Pilates with an added intensity that I found invigorating. What intrigued me the most was their unique approach to horizontal jumping. It added a whole new dimension to the workout. I have no doubt that I'll be feeling the effects in my muscles tomorrow, especially in my legs.
