    Clair was a great teacher, the workout was very thorough. Next time it would be great if she included other options for planks because I was just not feeling it today (hung over done the night before). I really appreciated the sweatiness of the series. I felt much better after I left.

    Paula kindly subbed for Liz today. This was a much harder workout than I was expecting, but it is good to switch it up sometimes and wake up some different muscles. I love Liz's holistic approach to the class, but as a one-off this class was also good (and I can still feel it in some muscles two days later!).     Hardest /highest resistance out of any class I've ever done here. Only downside is the arms/weighs portion. The bikes are so close together, I skipped arms bcuz you end up using poor form to avoid hitting a neighbor. Not worth the safety risk, I recommend you keep pedaling unless the class isn't too full.

    Trey is really sweet, and his boot camp is really fun and challenging. I was in town for my wedding (yay) and popped over to bootcamp to kick off my big day.     Lovely class! it's been hard for me to find non-heated all levels yoga on CP and this space is clean and updated. Shelly was kind and thoughtful and gave both modifications and challenges which I appreciated. The time slot of 10am won't always work for me but I'd come back. U can BYO mat or choose from pilates mats or regular mats. They also provide blocks. Small group class.
