I liked alternating between the treadmill and strength training. some of the strength training exercises were difficult for me as someone who is out of shape, but Katie didn't shame me when I needed to take a break or modify what I was doing. While you're on the treadmill, the instructors do talk to the people on the ground doing strength training. Honestly I mostly tuned it out because your treadmill instructions are on the screen anyways, so I wasn't subject to much confusion. Great energy and great workout!

It’s a challenge for sure but overall I really enjoyed the 20 minute circuits of each workout. Music was good just wish it was a bit louder. Also loved how clean the studio was and how nice the staff was for my first visit! I will be back!

I like intervals up in second, but most instructors skip them and just alternate between in the saddle and out to third. That wasn't the case in this class, and it made me happy!

He gives amazing advice throughout the class- focus on your breath, your body position or awareness into an area of your body. It was so helpful! He had an isolation exercise where you squeeze the handlebars with your forearms that was epic! If you’re dealing with depression or some morning blues I’m pretty sure this class can help. I felt great all day!
