    Power Yoga

    Today's class had a very thoughtful build up that led to inversions at the end of class. I absolutely love how we get play time at the end with hand stands, forearm stands, headstands, and everything else in between. Arpineh is such a solid instructor who is sweet and encouraging, yet she pushes us so that we tone and strengthen our bodies and mind. Love love love!!!

    Honestly this gym far surpassed my expectations and I think I’ll probably sign up for a membership. They had a ton of equipment, every machine I can imagine. Tons of treadmills and stairmasters etc. They have multiple specialist rooms with really high end, specific equipment, and even a Sauna. I’m surprised other reviews didn’t mention that. Their membership is super affordable and they also have trainers in-house. Recommend checking it out, nothing to lose!

    Interval Strength & Cardio

    Lamont, is a great instructor, he made us work out every part of our body. I did mention I had a knee injury and he modified the workout so I would not injure myself. He is vey attentive to everyone. Complete workout !!!!
