see all reviewsStudio is a bit dated and doesn’t really have any amenities like some other studios. The workout was good though - not too challenging, but well rounded. Just keep in mind there’s other mat and private Pilates sessions happening next to this class so that may be distracting for some people

see all reviewsReally great first class! It was a bit hard to find because the apartment building wasn’t open yet so we had to get buzzed in. There was also no label saying the studio was on the third floor. But other than that, the class was nice. It wasn’t too difficult, felt more like a stretching class than a strength building. Our instructor was very kind, she didn’t correct our forms though, I wish she did so I knew if i was doing things correctly. Very beautiful studio!

see all reviewsLinda was helpful but I found the class way too easy. I think this is much more for beginners or those looking to start working out. If you go to other NYC studios like SLT, Avea or Bodyrok I think you’ll be pretty disappointed. If you are a beginner or more new to exercise you will enjoy this. Wish this had been marked a beginner class.

see all reviewsEunah was so sweet, bubbly, helpful and attentive, constantly correcting my form kindly and I really appreciate it! It was a small class (just me and one guy), so it felt like a private lesson and it allowed me to realize I often had my form wrong at other studios but didn’t get correction from the instructors. Looking forward to taking more classes by Eunah!

see all reviewsI did not expect to work up a sweat but to my surprise it happened! This class was tough! I think I’ll be more mindful about doing Lagree Pilates 2 days prior in the future because my body still hadn’t fully recovered making this class harder as well. That aside, you will definitely get in a good workout here and leave with sore muscles. I always appreciate when instructors offer to help you correct form but don’t make you feel pressured to do more than you can especially if it’s clear you’re trying but can’t complete the sets. Megan was encouraging and knowledgeable as well and at times knew how to throw in a few jokes.

see all reviewsI thought ash gave a great class. I wouldn’t really recommend it for true beginners but she gives tons of options to make it harder or easier. What I didn’t like is that class started and ended early so around minute 38-39 of teaching she went into “pick your own stretch” and a cooldown which is WAY too short of a class imo. Class ended around 42-43 minutes due to the late start and early end but there wasn’t programming that whole time due to the stretch. This class would be perfect if it actually lasted 45 minutes as advertised.

see all reviewsI really liked Ashley’s teaching style and emphasis on form. She reminds me of Emily Calhoun in the best way. I also liked her music. I didn’t love her routine- I felt like we could have held the moves for longer and had longer oblique and leg series. There was a girl in the class though who didn’t do any crunching (maybe due to pregnancy?) which was super annoying so that’s something for SLT to consider as a policy since if you’re going to do your own thing for 30% of the class why bother coming?
