    Not my favorite location. I’m still new to BodyRok and had a good time in today’s class. Jessica was a great instructor! She was attentive to everyone in the room, provided helpful cues, offered modifications where possible, and went around to correct our form.

    Love her. My first 30 minute version of Solidcore and was kind of bummed when I realized I accidentally booked it, but that was the hardest 30 minutes of my life so she definitely made up for it. Would prefer to go back to a full length class though.

    Bryant is incredible! He took the time to explain the chair (I’ve done lots of reformer and tower classes but I’m new to the chair) and I have to say, the chair is now my favorite apparatus. It was an awesome workout and I feel longer, stronger and more stable in my pelvis. Bryant was very warm, friendly and encouraging!

    I think I first gave this a try a few months ago and remember it being hard for me to keep up. This time around while I did have to take breaks I felt like I kept up a little better than the first time. Which makes me feel like I’ve been getting stronger. I did like that we were told it’s okay not to get it right, keep up and to take breaks as needed so overall I felt comfortable in this class and will probably return again at some point to see if I can make even more progress.

    Spring and Suspend: Pilates Strength

    I liked the way Marguerite led the class. She clearly described and demonstrated the form for each sequence and made adjustments to everyone as needed. But at the same time did not pressure anyone to go beyond what their body is capable of and just looked for the general movements, she also provided ways to adjust it to make it more challenging or less if preferred. This was my second class after many months and If you’re looking for a challenge this will always be it lol. I left feeling sore every where, it’s a totally different workout than anywhere else.
