I really hope the middling reviews and some of the responses don‘t scare off new riders. This is an amazing studio and Joey is a tough coach who gets the best out of a rider. It’s group fitness to a higher level. The class is engaging and inspiring. Keep coming and persevering, even if you don’t get it, you will improve and be inspired. Joey is a great instructor and wants people to improve. He is absolutely sincere in his approach. I feel like every bike in that 9:30 should have been booked- that’s how great a class this is.

Greg is such a gem! He works so hard to mix his routines up so class is never the same or boring. Amazing workout but really not for beginners due to the fast pace and complexity of certain moves the class performs. Carlos is the best. He’s so much fun and knows his sh!t. Anyone taking issue with his coaching methods is because they don’t want to be coached and helped. I take his class every week and so many people come in and are clueless, potentially harming themselves and others. Unlike other coaches, Carlos tries to help. I come 2-3x week with a variety of teachers but first time with Matty. He used unique movies but also classic poses. The class was great - I didn’t realize it was such a beginner class but it was still a nice class and I got a sweat in. The instructor was great as well #ClassPassInsider

    Mat Pilates

This was SO nice. A very gentle but challenging Pilates class. There were only 3 of us but it felt right because the room wasn’t all that big and it was dimly lit anyways. This instructor was really clear on her instructions and gave adjustments as needed. This would be a great workout to focus on breathing and strength. And the space is incredible— a luxurious workout, if there ever was one.

    Yogamaya Flow 2/3

Great pacing of class- not ideal for beginners but excellent for anyone who’s been practicing for a bit and is open to modifications/ trying something new. Very soothing playlist. Would definitely take her class again!
