Amazing class!!! Please have Adair do the Sunday morning classes regularly 🙏 She is sooo good. Perfect cues and pace (not too fast), really cares about our form, gets our stretch in as well as a good flow; and music isn’t too loud, just the right volume. Love how she always leaves the fans on at the entire end of class. Everyone left class happy and told Adair how awesome class was! I will stalking her classes from now on 😂

Great class. This is a huge studio and don’t feel like you’re on top of each other, except in the women’s locker room. Tip: unless you need to shower; use the general lockers downstairs where there’s lots of elbow room!

Hayley is fantastic! However, having lived in NYC for four years now, the clientele at practice room is definitely odd compared to other studios. People have no shame coming in late or leaving early. There should be a mat booking system so girls aren’t pushing each other like it’s life or death to get their spot!

My first hot yoga class and it was incredible - definitely be sure to hydrate + have electrolytes beforehand bc it was long and hard. But what an intentional + awesome class. Truly felt my body get better from the inside out

The class was fun and the vibes were great. I was having neck pain during the ab workout though. I wish some more pointers on form and modifications were offered for that section. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the class! Very nice space and equipment. The heated room was a thoughtful touch.

I love Nadine’s classes so much! She has such beautiful & great energy. She reminds me of my wonderful, encouraging dance teachers that I had growing up. I’ve been trying to attend her class more often since moving back to the city last month. Always recommend!

The most amazing facial I’ve ever gotten. Super communicative and caring. Everything was intentional to my skin type which is dry/sensitive/rosacea. I would definitely come back!
