    Power Vinyasa Flow - In-Studio

Hayley was amazing. Such a great way to start the week and the day. She was encouraging and engaging. The class really stretched me in the best way. I’ll be back!

Postpartum Nourishment - Parent & Baby

Such a wonderful restorative class for my 8 month postpartum body. The instructor is very knowledgeable and structured the class around what we individually needed that day which is know takes a lot of skill and expertise. Very calm serene environment with lots of natural light, and mats and props are provided. I forgot my diaper bag so was also thrilled that they provide some toys to entertain the LOs:) Highly recommend this class for new mamas and pregnant mamas alike!!

Love his class! I haven’t seen Danimal in a while due to my schedule but when I do see him it’s an absolute treat! Love how he always switches it up.. all the flows are different. Miss doing inversions even at 5 months pregnant! Lol

    Yoga for Mamas

I’m SO glad this class exists! I’ve been wanting a postpartum class but just for me 😅 I’m still a little apprehensive about bringing baby to public classes but my body is not ready for hard-charging vinyasa just yet. This class is the perfect balance of gentle stretching with a healthy dose of pelvic floor activation and strengthening. Maija was a delight. Her sequencing is thoughtful and her cues are intelligent. I loved being offered a few different modification options for where my body is at. I’m planning to make this a regular part of my week!

    Trilogy - IN-PERSON CLASS

Trilogy was one of the most intense (in a good way) classes I’ve ever taken. Wow! Going to be sore for days. I’ve liked every class I’ve taken at Vita, so glad to have found my way here!

    Yoga Flow

Music was awesome, and Rachel has a great way of connecting and communicating. I wish there was physical assistance, not only voice guidance. And eventually some towels at the end with eucalyptus or some spray. Yoga is about the touch and connection, tuning in with ourselves and others.

    Power Flow

Not Chelsea. This teacher was very tranquil and her adjustments were very sophisticated (I liked them). Unfortunately her flow was confusing and she talks very quickly and quietly so it was hard to hear where she wanted us to go. Good stretch and still an enjoyable class

    Yoga Flow

Really enjoyed that the instructor moved into different areas of the room while leading the flow so you could see her behind you while in inverted poses. Nice class, not too big powerful or intense, spent quite a few extended breaths in some of the poses.

Mobility and Strength - Glutes and Core

Better than Barre! I try not to miss any of the Hip mobility classes. The instructor addresses those lazy muscles that coast on the stronger ones with clear and very focused exercises. I feel the benefits in other sports and greater flexibility.

    Subtle Body Stretch

Jessica was amazing. Extremely attentive to everyone’s needs and body levels. Took this class as my recovery day to stretch out my sore body from my workouts. Jessica offered alternative stretches depending on skill level being extremely inclusive. Great class for beginners if you want an introduction into yoga or if you just want to stretch and be more in tune with your body. Will definitely return, lots of parking as well which is a make or break if I go somewhere.

    Vinyasa Yoga: Lotus Flow

Instructor was deeply knowledgeable. Students were able to follow along well with modifications of many levels; fun to see folks of different yoga levels all be able to take a class together. Started and finished 5 min late, which only is tricky if you’re rushing to catch something afterwards, which I don’t recommend as the class is very relaxing and the savasana is very soporific.

First Fridays: Restore to Yoga Nidra

Ashlee was a lovely guide for this restorative and gentle class. I appreciated that she took time at the beginning for intros and a gratitude practice. It can sometimes be challenging to find options for slower practice styles. I would love to attend this class more frequently than once a month.
