see all reviewsFranklin is 10/10. Actually he’s 11/10. His music was everything I wanted . Mostly Cool mashups of Hiphop, rap, rnb, 90s . Not everything was a mashup which is also nice. I love originals. He played the original “breakdown” by mAriah Carey feat bone thugs. If this song doesn’t get u in your feels in some kinda way, who are u? Franklin is a coach through and through. He encourages and motivates you from beginning to end. His programming makes total sense. Warm up , go crazy, work hard, have fun, then reach the finish line. He reminded us to finish what we started and to never give up. I felt empowered and inspired the whole Time I was in his presence. I highly recommend trying any class Franklin teaches but especially his Sunday 60 min survivor class at the castro location. You have to set your alarm to book it though. It gets waitlisted within seconds of it being open on the schedule . Today, 50 riders were signed up, full of love and energy and ready to ride. And that’s how his class is every Sunday morning. Don’t believe me, just go. You’re welcome.😉 Thank you Franklin and the soul cycle front desk team who are always so sweet and courteous. Hi Will, Rhett, and Lorraine. You all rock!

But I just tried to keep cycling till the end. The bike seat was messing up my groove because it was extremely hard that’s the only thing I didn’t like. But I will be joining this class again.
