    Catherine is so great! Some feedback for soul cycle: you should release bikes five minutes before class. I asked twice if I could move from the back corner and about 1 min before class started, I asked if I could take one of the empty bikes. However, because the class was “full” I was told to check in again in 3 minutes. Since that was after class started, I just stayed in the back corner, but there were 5 or 6 bikes that remained empty throughout class that I’d have preferred.

    Superb instruction, incredibly efficient use of time (a good HIIT session on the bike AND 4 strength circuits, all in less than an hour? Sold!). Particularly appreciate the heads up of what to expect (timing, intensity on a scale of 1-10, how much recovery, length of intervals etc) as well as repetition of what's coming up throughout the bike segments. Clean, well-maintained space and equipment.

    Nikki has great energy! I think the flow of the class could have been a little better if the music was mixed up a little more, I love Thugga and Future but 45 mins of just that was a little challenging. Great class tho. Will return!!!

    I absolutely love this class. The instructor is attentive energetic and fun. The other participants were nice and very helpful. This was my first session it was hard for me to keep up. But I just tried to keep cycling till the end. The bike seat was messing up my groove because it was extremely hard that’s the only thing I didn’t like. But I will be joining this class again.

    One of the best Pilates classes I’ve ever taken. Abby was so knowledgeable and had the smoothest flow that was perfectly difficult. Just enough time for buns, guns, and everything else. All the springs were perfectly chosen. You could tell she knew her stuff by her smooth transitions, and perfect cues.
