How to prepare

If you're new to BodyRok please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check-in, sign the liability waiver & be introduced to the equipment. CYCLE: Bikes are SPD compatible, with a select number fitted with DELTA clips. We suggest wearing cycle shoes for an enhanced & safer ride offering shoe rentals for $3, but of course you may wear sneakers as well. SCULPT: Wear fitted athletic pants or shorts, t-shirt or tank top, bare feet or grip socks Towels are provided by the studio

Located on the corner of University Ave & California St. Small parking lot in the back off California (1st come 1st served) Closest BART station is North Berkeley

Cat was great - she provided modifications and made adjustments to all her students. Would come back!

Great challenging class. The only thing I’d suggest is that her instruction can be a little condescending and unfriendly at times and for her to be aware of that.

This is class less focused on alignment than most pilates I have attended before. The upside of this is that the focus was on strength instead and I am definitely feeling yesterday's class everywhere. Good class, would go back.

First time doing Pilates and this class kicked me butt! It was such an awesome workout and the staff did a really good job of showing the class the poses/positions before we tried it out ourselves on the reformer machines. Will definitely be returning to this class next week!

Great music and the instructor was very helpful with offering alternative moves. I would definitely come to this studio again. My arms, shoulders and abs are burning right now.

I typically don’t love arm workouts because they make me feel so weak (I’m a dancer so my legs are MUCH stronger than my arms) but I enjoyed this class! I wish the space was a little warmer because I felt my muscles working but was kinda cold during class. I’ll probably just come with more layers next time. Paisley was super nice and positive and pushed us to keep working even though I wanted and needed a few more breaks as a first time student. I’ll probably be back next week.

Great class! Instructor showed the moves in detail which made it easy to follow. Would recommend this class for anyone looking to get a more intense workout.

What is ClassPass?
