    Pilates (Mat / Open Level)

Merav gave a great class! It was a good mix of restorative work and Pilates strength training. I went in to class today super sore from kickboxing yesterday, feeling out muscularly out of sorts & as though I couldn’t stand up straight. Her clear instruction & expert sequencing brought me back life! I wouldn’t say she’s Classical Pilates but she’s not strictly contemporary either. Everything she taught made sense, was useful and productive.

    Sattva Soul Stretch and Restore

My first dose of restorative yoga and i will do it again and again. Some advice, wear comfy and warm clothing. Such as socks, a sweater or even a beanie if you feel like it. That’s seriously the perfect attire for this type of class. Sara was wonderful!

    LIVESTREAM Bare Bones Basics

Awesome class !!!! I feel like there is little emphasis in classes on form and this class focuses on A lot of the questions I have. Sometimes I try to just imitate teachers and end up with improper form even though I am trying to hold my core this class talks about all the little tweaks that makes yoga actually feel good

Good class, clear instructions, creative teacher. I really enjoyed the restorative part. It was my first time at this studio and I was a bit taken aback by the method of counting breaths which I’ve rarely encountered before.

Great class. Instructor was motivating. Only thing is there are so many people that there’s not a lot of personal space. Also beware this is a hot HIIT class, not a hot Pilates class.

GREAT class! Huge focus on hip openers during the first class I took with this teacher. Allowed me to get deep into my hips in new poses I hadn’t tried before. I really enjoyed. Also loved the live bass - Friday classes will intermittently have live music.

Hot Vinyasa - Community ($10 or your class card)

Victor is an awesome instructor! Great playlist and tough class. The community here is a little weird, though. The woman next to me moved my stuff when I got up to use the restroom before class and took one of my rental towels.

Finally found the yoga studio I was looking for in the neighborhood!!! Loved the instructor: started and ended the class chanting om, hands on gentle adjustments, wind chimes and aromatherapy by the end of the class. Left feeling like I was floating on a cloud. AMAZING VIBE

Really liked the instructor, she was funny and channeling positive vibes. Class is gentle in nature and an energizing hybrid of yoga + core work. It was the perfect way to start the day, just don’t go in framing the class as your workout of the day if you’re looking for something strenuous.

    Surya Hot Flow

Great class! I was initially super upset to see my favorite teacher wouldnt be teaching (although I do very much appreciate that this studio sends out a text to notify of teacher changes). I absolutely loved Ryan though. He had a great energy, and I loved this hip opening flow. Also one of the best playlists Ive practiced to in a while. Will definitely seek out his classes in the future.

    Yin Yoga

Deb offered a lot of modifications for me (pregnant) and my mom (who has back pain). She was very nice and helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable about proper body movement (even more than the average yoga teacher). My own personal preference is that the music be more relaxing- sometimes there was some light dance music playing softly in the background- which I found more energizing than relaxing and more suited to regular yoga than yin yoga. But that’s just my two cents. Nice class!
