    Intro to Acrobatics

It was such a great class, Lo was patient and encouraging! I really enjoyed learning all different things like how to do Handstands (both with and without the wall), walking on the wall into a bridge, and Cartwheels (first time learning how to do it properly)! Lo walked us step by step for the shoulder roll, which actually super helpful to prepare for the Floorwork Dance choreography class I took afterwards 🙏🏼 Thank You Lo, I hope my schedule allows me to go to more acrobatics class!

    INTRO TO POLE

The lighting and music was a whole vibe, and the instructor was great. I’ve been to full circle, and pole2pole for a few intro pole classes and as a beginner I do feel like i got the least out of this one just because of the pole sharing. I think when you’re first starting out you really aren’t doing such strenuous work that having breaks in between is merited, and I think we had like 15 minutes MAYBE of pole time each in the whole class because they book it two people per pole. Wasn’t a fan of that, but I get it’s a common thing at the really popular studios. Will def come back when I’m more advanced but for now will stick to beginner classes that just book as many people as there are poles. We only did one spin, a pole crunch, and spent most of the class waiting for our turn with the pole. Other studios we did two or three spins, started climbing, floor-work choreo, pole walks… so this def felt really minimal compared, but i’m sure their higher level classes here are more worth it.

    Intro to Pole

Tamara was great. Solid analogies to help you learn. The space is a bit small, so you take turns at the pole. I struggled since I'm generally uncoordinated, but good atmosphere. I was a bit bummed that she finally played a song I knew when it wasn't my turn, though. lol

This is an all levels class floor work based class. I am the furthest thing from flexible but I’m looking to change that. Reiki Session with Coreen - 60 minutes

Coreen was amazing. I have never done reiki or energy work before and after feeling stuck for months I decided to give it a try out of other options. As soon as I walked in Coreen made me feel comfortable, walked me through what would happen and answered my questions. The session then began and it really was incredible. I walked out feeling lighter and with some more understanding of the root of why. I will absolutely be going for more session. Thank you!!
