    Good class & instructor was lovely. Full body with a good range of exercises that made great use of the reformer. Overall would say it was intermediate level, you would definitely struggle to follow as a beginner, but nothing was overly challenging. Personally would have preferred a bit more challenge but that’s just me!

    Dominique was excellent. She really focused on everyone’s form and prioritized doing exercises correctly over just getting through the class. Even though it was only 40 minutes, I felt like I got a great workout. I have a spine injury, and she was very accommodating, ensuring the class was still challenging while being mindful of my needs.

    I was lucky enough to be the only person who signed up for the time slot so I basically received a private lesson with Pamela - as a beginner to pilates/reformer, this was a dream come true! She was so approachable and knowledgeable which empowered me to feel really confident even as a first timer to Avea.
