Reformer Flow
see all reviewsThis was my first class with Gregory - his class had a nice pace and flow and he has a great energy. I would characterize his Pilates style as more classic compared to Ferhat’s more athletic style of Pilates, so the different instructors’ classes are quite different from each other but will suit different preferences/moods.

see all reviewsNicole was an amazing instructor! It was my first time doing Reformer Pilates and she gave me excellent pointers and supported me for all the spring changes, always kept a watchful eye out for my postures. Her explanations of the different movements were easy to follow (even without prior knowledge) and I will definitely be going there again! 🙏🏼 thank you!!

see all reviewsThis is the only Pilates studio that I know of that does not list the instructor for the class. I high I never minded, except there seems to be more new instructors lately with different styles. Which is a plus, but I like to know what to expect when I sign up for the class. The instructor today did an excessive amount of reps and we did less moves as a result. I like the studio so giving 5 stars, but please consider adding more descriptive class names or instructor name so I know what to sign up for.

see all reviewsIt was my first time doing this class and only 2nd time on a reformer and everyone at the studio was so kind. Rebecca was very accommodating and supportive of beginners and overall just made the experience really warm. The class was tough and overwhelming, but I got a great workout even if I couldn’t quite keep up. The class moves fast and it is hard to hear what they’re saying in the mic, but she came around and helped me when I was super off. Overall I’d come back

see all reviewsBeautiful, new studio and Erica is a wonderful instructor! Even though it was an Intro class, it was still very challenging (more difficult than my usual barre or Pilates classes). I would recommend wearing grip gloves because there is a lot of planking on the machine and I was slipping around a lot from sweaty hands! I want to try this class again a few more times with grip gloves to get the hang of it and build more strength. Really nice showers, too (towel rental is $3).

see all reviewsTeacher is sweet & FUN! A little intimidating to dance with the regulars/advanced people but they are welcoming :) Something helpful to know when you arrive at the address. Get there 15-20mins early to find class. —Have your ID ready for security guard on ground floor, he will take a pic of it. —Make a left after and take the elevators (in the back) to 4th floor —Go to front desk to ask which room is Piel Canela (that changes everyday) —When you get to Piel Canela desk, tell them your name and what class you registered for, they should give you card with your name and class on it. Ask them what room the class will be held at (it also changes every day). Really hope they switch to digital cards soon! —Restrooms: there are restrooms to the right of the elevator and also private restrooms & Water Bottle Refill station on the other side of the floor. — A staff member will drop in class briefly to take pics/video for their personal website, so make sure you’re comfortable with that!

see all reviewsI love Daniella and her energy is always amazing, but I wish there was more cardio in her class. There’s a lot of light movement in her classes and because of that I don’t feel like my body is actually burning calories like it should be during Zumba. My suggestion would be to keep the beginning of class more warm-ups and easier movement, have the middle of the class be a bunch of cardio (more jumping, arms, high knees, etc.) and then the end of class more cool-down and stretches (incorporate squats or low impact moves). The class gets boring after a while unfortunately! :(
