Dynamic Flow - ROOFTOP 362 JEFFERSON ST
see all reviewsChallenging if you’re just starting to progress out of beginners/regular level. Start of with simple flow, basic poses and twists, lunges and balancing. A lot of handstand poses like crow, crane etc. which I can’t do yet but he does a good job walking through it for those who are more experienced.

see all reviewsGreg is super nice and down to earth, and the students and space are also very calm and have a grounded energy. The sound and voice meditation was lovely, and I liked the instructor’s subtle, intuitive playing of the instruments to create a deep sense of space. Will be back.

see all reviewsGood class feel very limber after! My only recc would be that their mats are slippery and not very high quality and a bit worn out, so bring your own. Also would be nice if they burned scented candles - Iove that they use real candles !
