I also love that each day features different exercises, targeting different muscle groups—upper body, lower body—so there’s no monotony. Plus, the timing pushes you to keep up with the group, and the music is absolutely stellar. Overall, the vibe is just spectacular.

I liked that my name was near which exercise I had next. Showers and lockers were downstairs. I had a great workout but understand how some of the reviews mention it helps to come here with a little bit of gym knowledge under your belt. I did sweat a lot and liked the variety of exercises.

see all reviewsThis class was fun but challenging! It was my first Pilates class and it was Hot Pilates at that but i tried my best to keep up. I struggled but i still kept going. Just wish there was modifications for those of ours who are beginners but definitely would recommend it ! Be on time though and bring water ! It’s good to get out your comfort zone ! Have fun nonetheless!

From day one, every trainer has taken the time to talk with me, help improve my form, and give me tips and strategies that have already helped me prepare for future HYROX competitions. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people get better, regardless of their fitness level. The energy here is raw, authentic, and unlike anything I’ve experienced at other gyms. The studio (beautiful btw) is close to 100° which was definitely overwhelming in the beginning, but by the end of class I felt really, really great. Just be prepared to sweat. A LOT . Eddie's sequence was a good mix of classical mat pilates moves with the standard props. Bonus points that he's funny and animated which definitely helps to keep morale up while laying in a puddle of your own sweat. I liked this class a lot more than I expected- I will definitely be back!
