Transition from Level 0 to Level 1
see all reviewsThe vibe was great and so was the instructor but it’s very technical. There was no real introduction… the instructor jumped right into the steps. It’s very different from dancing at family functions. I would definitely come back but at a beginners level… like level 0.

Friendly teacher too, definitely recommend if you’re scared of dance just like me but want to give it a try in a low pressure environment.

see all reviewsGreat class! I will say though that this is definitely for those who have done ballet before and have knowledge of the terminology. Instructor is very knowledgeable but it goes fast-paced so just know that if you’re looking to really improve your skills this is the class for you! If you’re just wanting to have fun and are completely knew to ballet, you may struggle haha.

see all reviewsOur class of 3 - led by Arantza - was a lovely introduction to basic dance steps in foxtrot, tango, and waltz. Another teacher stepped in when we had to practice, so we rotated partners and practiced solo as well: both modes were very useful in perfecting the steps. Arantza also shared helpful pointers to make the steps more elegant: crucial for the beginner - like me - who often needs pointers to dance gracefully while keeping track of the steps themselves. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend the class to any beginner exploring western dance forms. They also have more focused classes on bachata, salsa, waltz etc that might be of interest to the practiced or returning dancer.
