However, I’ve learned to embrace the close proximity, as the Hola Yoga community is incredibly friendly. But what truly sets this studio apart is Lisa’s exceptional teaching. Her voice, energy, and presence create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. It’s evident that she genuinely cares about her students, making every class feel like a supportive and enjoyable experience. I’m already planning to book another class with Lisa!

The directions on the app are clear however with the construction downtown, it took me longer than usual to walk there and I was all frazzled when I got into the class but the staff was super nice and welcoming. The location was a bit confusing to find at first, but once I got there, the experience and atmosphere was excellent. Tyler is a great coach and motivator! Laura Kate was awesome—friendly, hands-on with form, and great at explaining cues. The reformer and pace took a minute to get used to, but once I found my rhythm, I was hooked.
