Vinyasa Flow
see all reviewsLindsey was welcoming, fun, and even though I consider myself new to yoga, her instructions were clear and easy to follow. The flow itself is at a good pace, enough to keep me challenged and engaged, but not too difficult. Would recommend and would especially rec Lindsey’s classes!

see all reviewsFirst prenatal yoga class. It was relaxing with a good mixture of stretching and toning. Instructor was great. She demonstrated majority of the class. Studio was intimate with 6 other women 7 if you include the instructor. Parking was easy. You do not need to bring your own yoga mat. The studio has everything you need. Even a bathroom. Which let’s be honest is a priority for every prenatal woman. Great sense of community / support from the other women in class.
