Neat and spacious place. Receptionist is super warm and welcoming ! The coach is very friendly and warm too! This “ hot” program itself is a big too easy for me.. will come back and select other programs . Lovely experience overall.

    Yin Yoga + Back Rubs

So happy to have found Yoga Belly’s Yin class on a much-needed week! The instructor was incredible with great instructions and great use of implements (yoga blocks, blanket, etc)

Valeria was out to get us but in a good way! She really challenges you to keep pushing and keep moving which really got me going and motivated. The studio is decently sized with enough space for everyone to be arms length without worrying about bumping into the person in front, back, or to the sides so I enjoyed it quite a lot!

I do really like this studio! It’s beautiful & super clean. This teacher was lovely. She had a nice pace and I like her voice which is a weird thing to say. But it’s soothing. Great class.

    Y6 Power

The class started on the mat with legs quads and a lot of core exercises then some more cardio. It started to get hotter and burning in the middle of the class, which means it gets more intense, in a good way. However I wish the temperature could be a bit lower as at some point I felt hard to breathe. I still survived till the end. Good workout!
