    Ekaterina is an excellent trainer. She is clear in her instructions, leads a great pace & offers both advanced moves & modifications depending on your level. We practiced sun A, sun B, balance & twists. Plenty of stretching at the end too. Parking can sometimes be hard at this location, but there’s water refilling stations, restrooms & cubbies for your stuff. Love this studio & I’ll be back to take more of Ekaterina’s classes.

    Such a fun and intense workout! Also the playlist was amazing! This was my first F45 class, but I luckily had my husband with me to help lead me to the different stations. They quickly breakdown each workout in the beginning and show you the movements so you know what to do, and the screens help you remember which station and workout to move to next. Angelo took the time to come up to me and help fix my form for a couple of the exercises which was very helpful. It’s definitely not an easy workout, so if you’re looking to bump up the intensity, I would definitely recommend!
