    Really fun class, there were many options to really push yourself or tone it back making it a class that fitness newbies and experts could both enjoy. Wish there was a bit more emphasis on form because they do have you moving medium weights for high reps, however overall a great class.

    Hiit Class

    Derrick was cracking jokes the moment I walked in, which put me at ease instantly. The workout was well-paced with plenty of room for short breaks. It was definitely the best workout of my week and I’m grateful Derrick was there to challenge and support me. I’ll be back for sure.

    Really unique flow—did moves I’ve never done in a yoga class before (for example, slow “walking” in a yogi squat with mummy arms, which felt amazing for tight hips!) and felt like the instructor knew how to push us to dig deep during the core work.
