I have sat in the row behind Morgan pretty well since I started my spin journey, often times following his lead (because the man is TALL and you aren’t seeing around him). So it was exciting and so fun having him up in the podium! The class was my perfect mix of climbs, interval sprints and limited jogs I probably set a personal record for being up out of the saddle. Can’t wait for more classes with Morgan!

    Classes/Regular Spinning

I love this studio but after coming here for a year I hope they replace the worn out shoes. They’re all incredibly worn in so the soles have no support, the bottom support is cracked, and the brackets have become stripped. I have to stop spinning on a regular basis to adjust the shoe. Please invest in a new fleet of shoes and throw the out olds one 🙏

Oh. My. Goodness. What a positive experience from the moment I stepped into this studio. Everyone was so kind and made sure I was set up for success with my bike and had all the info I needed. This class was definitely tough but Chad was so positive and an incredible instructor. Everything was flexible and meant to meet you where you are in your spin journey. I can’t wait to take another class here!

Alison is a fantastic instructor with great energy and encouragement. The class isn’t for me though - I struggled to make it through without feeling pain in my feet. That being said - the rest of the class seemed to be very much into the music and momentum so I’d recommend her class for anyone looking for a high energy workout.

I really like the community centric feel of this studio. This class is a nice combo of spin and abs. If you’ve never been before, it’s more of a traditional spin class (no choreo, no dark room) but you still get a great workout more focused on endurance.

The class is smaller than other ones I’ve been to, which allows Nadia to really push you to go above and beyond (something I don’t really get at Sweat and Tonic and CycleBar). They don’t provide spin shoes, but the bikes have a guard? that keep your regular shoes in place. You’ll have to either bring your own spin shoes or wear shoes you feel comfortable cycling in!

    Lift HIIT

Really enjoyed Dustin’s class. I enjoyed the movements in the set and the fact that the treads were less cardio. Dustin repeated the moves often which I appreciated as a visual learner and someone who copies the person beside me often because I can’t hear. I appreciated that he would give tips or call outs between sets and call out what he sees is being done wrong to the entire group. I also like that he goes around and gives one on one coaching especially if something is being done wrong.
