Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

Also, it was mine and a couple other girls birthdays in the class and she made it so special! Love her high energy, how she challenges everyone in the class, and her playlist is also fire! Def recommend if you’re looking to challenge yourself.

see all reviewsI take rumble every week, many times a week. It has been a MINUTE since I’ve gotten to take Terry who usually teaches at the Flat / Chelsea studio at times when I’m not able to go. Today he subbed a class . Let me tell you this was best class I’ve taken in a VERY LONG TIME. I do not say this lightly . I’ve taken 400+ classes. He was very clear throughout the class and cheered everyone on. His music popped off. His combos were simple but effective . If you were a beginner youd def be able to follow this super well and if you’ve taken hella classes, you could def add ur own little spice in the combos . I loved the class because of that. I’d pay BANK to take this class again. I hope they give him some PM slots in NOHO / Chelsea soon on weekdays. I’ll def be going to Chelsea Sunday soon. Anyway to take Terry , you’ll have the best time.

The instructor was really good and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Also, the music and music level was good! I like loud music.

I finally started taking these classes. This instructor gave three incredible flows and the music was fantastic. It’s such a great sweat that doesn’t involve hi intense fitness on your joints. I never thought I would love yoga as I enjoy a lot of cardio, such as running and biking but I absolutely love y7 how much instructor was amazing. It’s really a great way to clear your head but getting great workout. The studios fantastic. I can’t wait to take more classes.

Faster paced than open level and really killer core workout - the trapeze series is so good and so killer every time. You get to move and use the reformer in ways that challenge body and mind. However there is usually at least one person in class who is inexperienced and that holds the class up. If you are a beginner, this is not the class for you. I suggest reading the description of the class before booking to ensure you are signing up for the appropriate class.

Great class for a beginner, but it will be hard (it’s slightly slower than the full body class and much lighter with no music — music would be very helpful here because it allows me to focus on something else). Room needs a temperature adjustment because it was way too cold; since there’s no pre class stretching, the temperature in this room is dangerous as your body never fully warms up & this is especially true in beginner classes. I’ve never been to a workout class where it was this cold. Hope this changes! Talented instructor but the ambiance could use some adjustments.

He was upbeat, well aware of everyone’s movements, always walking around correcting us to make sure we were well positioned (which I appreciated bc I wasn’t doing it right 🫢). He kept saying everybody’s names which I think was a great idea: it kept everybody very engaged and letting them know he was having an eye on them. Encouraging everyone. We had newbies and he was not letting them give up! Great trainer, happy motivating, and contagious upbeat positive energy. 🫶🏻
