The one armed tricep work and inner thigh work definitely had me shaking! Looking forward to taking more of Lauren’s class. p.s the sound level is always very high in all classes, if this is something that bothers you, they do provide foam ear plugs or you can bring your own.

A lot of the coaches are great but in my personal experience I feel like you have to find your coach in order for you to really enjoy the workout & she is also really good at modifying if you’re struggling. The entire staff was super friendly + welcoming and Halle was an outstanding coach with beautiful energy! She was super helpful with making sure my springs were correct since these reformers are different from what I’ve used before. She made class oh so fun and it flew by!
