Sui Wild Flow
see all reviewsVictor is an amazing instructor and I really enjoy this studio! One continuous issue that prevents me from (personally) taking more classes here: this locker room is the one of the most insanely chaotic spaces I have ever been to at a studio. The layout is tight so anticipate everyone to be on top of each other and fighting for room/resources. Would recommend avoiding it and storing stuff or showering elsewhere if you can, especially during prime class hours.

see all reviewsGood teacher! We did some stretches in the first 10 minutes and the rest of the class were restorative poses (used Bolster, Blocks and Blankets to help us get into the poses even more). Each pose were probably held about 10-15 minutes. This class is held on the 5th floor (you can take the elevator) with big windows and a lot of sunlight with 1 restroom. If you need to refill your water or go to another restroom, you can go to the 2nd floor where the other yoga classes are held.

see all reviewsTook the yin class with Kai. Entered the class anxious and left feeling free and fulfilled. Kai brings such a positive and upbeat energy and guides you through his self reflective questions and if you allow it to sink in, it helps you dig into your pose and your headspace. Thanks to a judgement free safe space Kai creates I could feel my cynical mind lift and laugh at his jokes and easing off my tension through the poses and mind. The space is a bit small but there is a glass ceiling on top and it’s beautiful to stare at the sky. The music was a bit jarring sometimes but Kai did mention that something happend for this class. All in all really enjoyed this experience

Richard guides you through an interesting process of resistance exercises, and breathwork for you to go inside yourself and come out on the other end with some insight and peace. I am grateful for the safe space created and this technique. Join this class if you are looking for an insightful experience.
