Pvolve’s highly well conceived program and equipment serve as preemptive PT though its much more fun … kinda don’t get why it’s positioned as a women’s workout when men can benefit equally if not more in my experience—from embracing more functional types of resistance, balance and cardio training … to me it’s like saying solidcore is for women … yea: no. Just about anyone can benefit!

    Bunny Hill Beginners

    Barry is a well of knowledge and an awesome instructor. I have never learned so much about the history of shoes, walking and how our Western culture plays a role in our chronic pain and immobility.     Beautiful studio and lovely staff! Great class. Loved that the class size was so small and we got a lot of attention! There are other private sessions happening simultaneously in the other parts of the studio (layout is one big open floor plan) so if you are easily distracted, this might be overstimulating.
