Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

If you’re someone who thinks yoga is “too slow” this is the perfect class for you. The music is also great and really adds to the high-energy of the class.
