Such a highly underrated instructor! He is extremely personable, motivating, clear with both his cueing & demos, actually came around the room to individually push us during the bag rounds, and he put together a very well rounded, upper body focused workout with a great mix of strength work for every muscle group. Definitely take him.

Awesome class! I’ve always been a fan of Rumble. This review is coming from someone who’s taking over 100 classes since they opened in New York City. You truly get your moneys worth here. The instructor was motivating , equipment is great, the treadmills are top notch and the Music just kept getting better. I’ve tried many classes in New York and like to test out other similar formats and the treadmill sections that other classes don’t compare at all to rumble training. I left feeling like I got an incredible physical and mental class!! Definitely take Rumble training !

Great music and loved the instructor. Small note, I don’t find the overview of the routine at the beginning that helpful. I won’t be able to remember 6 sets of instructions with different levels / inclines. Other than that, great class and workout!

Awesome class! I have been looking for a studio like this on CP in the city since I do not like classes only focused on hitting stats; I want good music, lots of choreography, and a motivating instructor and Joey delivered. It was very challenging and some of the choreography was really advanced especially since I haven’t been to spin in a while, but I know it just takes practice. Incredible workout & I will definitely be back. #classpassinsider

    CONDITIONING: TOTAL BODY (INTERMEDIATE)

Good workout. Some advice to newbies: treat the warm up like a warm up. Don’t worry about setting a pace or keeping up. A warm up doesn’t mean going 100% from the start. Need to build up to it. Another huge tip for beginners: in the warm up stay in the middle. Do NOT be in the back or the line or front (try to avoid being the first or last 2-3 people). If you’re in the middle it tends to be a little slower or a pace and you’re not pushing to keep up as much. Same for the speed work or group exercises after the warm up: try to be the 2nd or 3rd group for anything. Gives you more of a chance to recover.

Awesome class with a wide variety of both upper & lower moves to hit almost all of the major muscle groups. Would’ve liked to see less squats (we did 4 rounds of them) with some sort of lunges opted in instead, plus more tricep work added in, but with these shortened classes, we definitely lose the ability to do it all in only 50mins, which is unfortunate.

    Total Body (50 Minutes)

My new favorite Barry’s location! This facility is gorgeous, has the friendliest staff, and even offers strength only classes (not the same as double floor). Blaine’s full body class was amazing - can’t stand when there is only one long round on each, and love that he never does that. #classpassinsider

    Step It Up

Love Cassie’s classes! I’m so glad she’s teaching in Hoboken! This class can be a little bit of a brain puzzle (stepping, dancing, sweating) but Cassie does a really good job of breaking down the steps so that by the end you feel really confident with the choreography. Definitely recommend!

    Hot Jiva Flow

This class was amazing! Unlike anything I have ever done before ~ it was heated but at a perfect temperature. Jeff was a great instructor (funny too) I enjoyed his practice. Plenty of space but filled with the right amount of people. 10/10 experience

Amanda is for sure one of my favorite teachers at this studio. Her class was a great flow - good mix of build up and then wind down and support for doing Be Leo
