    This class is really hard. Not for the beginner. Three stations you keep doing over and over for 15 min. High cardio. Strength. Plan to sweat. They provide towels and have a water fountain to refill a bottle. They have a parking lot which is fairly tight and runs out of spots Street parking too.

    Really loved the instructor. He was super positive, greeted me immediately, and really made the workout fun! It's a big class though, so you won't be getting a lot of one-on-one action. If you're not familiar with strength training/circuits - make sure you raise your hand if there's a move you don't know bc instructor isn't very hands-on (again, it's a big class!)

    Coach Lala is an instructor who is a great motivator. She also provided clear instructions. This was my first time doing a workout using the Bosu Ball and I really enjoyed the experience. The studio can also accommodate your music preference which was a great feature! Lala inquired about my fitness interests/goals and shared their other class offerings that aligned with those goals and interests! Definitely love the studio space and look forward to returning.

    Derek was such a great teacher and so funny! The workout consists of a warm up, several stations involving some kind of heavy lifting (we had 4 stations that we did for 10 min each), and then stretching. This was my first LIFT class and Derek did a great job walking around correcting our form and being encouraging. I did my first handstand (against a wall)!!! What! Good class for regulars and newbies.

    Seriously one of my favorite classes I've taken and I've done over a hundred classpasses. It's not really a "class" though, more like personal training but she had other students so she kept an eye on me but didn't breathe down my neck which I loved. Really enjoyed the exercises she gave me. Cool thing is you can pace/challenge yourself. cute clean little studio, relaxed atmosphere. I'd recommend it if you're like me and prefer a little breathing room and are self-motivated.

    Im conflicted about how to review the class. On the one hand - nice hard workout. I’ll be sore tomorrow. All the trainers were also super welcoming. On the other hand - it was very hard follow the rep counts - they seemed kind of arbitrary. The music was also playing really loudly (which I generally like for getting in the mood) but it also meant I couldn’t hear the instructor half the time. Would recommend if folks already have a background in weightlifting and basic form— the excercises are not beginner friendly

    I love this studio so much! You learn proper boxing, not the BS at other places where you do 5 min of actual boxing and the rest is circuit training. You do 3 min on 3 min off in the ring 1:1 with a trainer! Ive been going for a couple of months and can see a difference in the way I move and punch. Everyone is super nice and supportive and it feels like a community! Definitely go here if you want to learn how to box!
