see all reviewsI attended this class yesterday, and it was a great experience! Vanessa, the instructor, was incredibly nice, welcoming, and encouraging from the moment I walked in. Throughout the class, I faced some self-limiting thoughts during the more challenging workouts, but Vanessa’s support made all the difference. Her positive energy and encouragement kept me motivated and pushed me to do my best. After the class, she even said goodbye with a warm smile, which left me feeling great about the whole experience. Loved it and can't wait to go back!!

The only downside is that their only cardio machine is the cycling; they say their treadmill isn’t the traditional type, I agree, would consider they have zero treadmill for runners. I appreciated the workout on the screens and it was a welcoming environment. I had trouble with the parking lot, would recc avoiding— this is where the staff thrived— the gym person (Latino, I think his name is Josh) was very nice and kind to help me out with being stuck in the lot. I did the Pump class on Wednesday and enjoyed the mix of cardio and aerobic training. It was more lifty and less pukey but I think this studio has those types of workouts too.

Saturday’s class is more weight lifting and muscle building focused and Sunday is all about cardio. It’s nice to be able to work out two days in a row and have two classes that focus on different muscle groups so you don’t feel too sore. Highly recommend both classes to anyone out there looking for a mini-weekend boot camp vibe.

It’s a tough workout, a good sweat! There was lifting involved and cardio. Based off my fitness goals, she recommended I take the leg and core classes or the weightlifting class since I want to gain strength and not lose weight. I would take this class again if I was focusing on cardio.
