How to prepare

Please show up at least 10 minutes prior to class. Most CorePower Yoga studios will close the doors at the start of class because the instructors who check users in must teach, so you may risk getting locked out. Also, don’t forget your mat, towel and water! In case you forget, CorePower Yoga studios offer mat and towel rentals and bottles of water for purchase.

How to get there

- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class, so you have time to sign a waiver and get settled. - Honor the yoga room as a quiet space - it may be the only quiet hour you have all day! - Please leave all belongings in the locker rooms, including shoes and cell phones.

Great class. Jenifer is a great teacher and offers supportive corrections to your posture without zeroing you out in front of the class. Only thing is the room is really hot from a previous heated class. Ive attended lunch time classes on other days, and theyre warm but not this hot. If the heat bothers you, maybe find a different time slot that doesnt have a heated class before hand.

I love this class, it's warm but not hot, I get a good stretch, and I get to focus on fundamentals. it's not super challenging, so I gave it a 4
