Hot Yin/Yang w/sound bath
see all reviewsVery relaxing. Room was warm but not overly hot, which I find preferable. Studio has a steam room and cold plunges in their back patio which was an amenity I wasn’t aware of. Hot tea and alkaline water are a nice touch as well. Teacher had nice soothing energy :-)

see all reviewsIt was my first time trying aerial yoga and I was nervous at first but Mandy was a great instructor! I surprised myself and was able to do the moves. This is such a great introduction to aerial yoga as you remain low to the ground. Definitely coming back! Mandy is amazing!

see all reviewsThe studio is easy to find and park at. The class was a good intro to pilates, since this was my first time. The instructor, Emma, is very welcoming and helpful! She gives great tips, cues, and instruction to keep good form. I enjoyed the class and recommend it.

see all reviewsShiona was great and I LOVED the class. She had a very calm and nice demeanor and explained things thoroughly. The 5 stars are for her. There were a few things off about the experience though including the guy at the front who was not super friendly and seemed almost annoyed by people. In a space like this I always expect positive energy and that wasn’t really the case. He also let someone into class 10 minutes late (which it clearly says on here is not allowed) and it disrupted everyone cause you could hear them talking for a few minutes then she clomped on in while we were doing the initial breathing and stretching series. I don’t think they should allow anyone who is late, and I say that as someone who is often later herself. It’s just not fair to other people.

see all reviewsDemetrius has great energy and enthusiasm. He did another 30 min class right after with a foam roller and breathwork, said it was a limited series that the gym might pick up ongoing. My vote is yes, add that class!

see all reviewsMy first class with Kundun on the grass patch on the beach. I didn’t know what to expect and it turned out to be really fun. Kundun has great personality and teaches from the heart. He is very knowledgeable, patient and cares about safety which is why his classes are so small. I enjoyed the class and didn’t notice how the time passed but my body and the brain can feel it, they both got a great workout. Acroyoga teaches so much body awareness and coordination it’s crazy and that’s what make it fun I guess and the flying part is amazing too can’t beat that 😁 I’ll be back
