    Pole Dance: Level 1

Absolutely amazing experience. This was only my second class. Erika was a phenomenal teacher. She took tons of time to explain and help the class as a whole and one on one. She stayed after and answered several of my questions. It felt like a very safe place to learn. Will definitely be coming back to take her class again.

    Low Aerial Flow

It was my first time trying aerial yoga and I was nervous at first but Mandy was a great instructor! I surprised myself and was able to do the moves. This is such a great introduction to aerial yoga as you remain low to the ground. Definitely coming back! Mandy is amazing!

    Intro to Pole Dancing

I took the intro to pole class not knowing what to expect, and I’m so glad I did. The instructor is amazing. Niesy is definitely challenging, but in the best way. She pushes you just enough to get out of your comfort zone while still making you feel supported and encouraged. Will keep coming back!

    FITNESS: Flexibility & Stretch

Katie’s mobility and flexibility class is just fantastic. She leads a fun, energetic class and is great at helping you make adjustments to your postures and helping you push through your perceived limits in a safe and supportive way. The class has a great vibe and you’ll leave feeling loose and limber. A wonderful (and I’d argue better) alternative to deep stretch yoga classes.

    POLE TRANSTIONS & FLOORWORK

I’ve been practicing pole for about two months and have tried nearly every studio around—and this was by far the best class I’ve taken! Tee is real, kind and patient, taking the time to break down each move in a way that made it click for me. Unlike other classes that felt scattered or like a free-for-all, this one was structured, supportive, and truly made me feel like I progressed. I can’t recommend this studio enough and honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Jr High School Pole Class (Pre-Beginner)

The front desk guy and instructor were very friendly. I was def nervous walking in as it seemed most people there had been coming for awhile. But she was great at instructing and clarifying the combination. It was def hard on the body and I would recommend being athletic for this class as the floor and pole work def requires strength and flexibility as it’s a lot of stretching and carrying your body weight on the pole. I do wish they gave me a yoga mat for the floor work as it was about a 30 minute floor workout and it was really uncomfortable on my knees and wrists. The pole work was fun though, I just wish they had more of the spinning poles as it’s hard to do it on a stable one. But the instructor invited me to use her pole frequently and was so encouraging. The spinning poles are definitely more fun and help you flow better. Overall a really good class!

    Flow & Heelwork

Love the class, was fun. The class felt a little bit more advanced for a starter since it’s more of a freestyle type class. Maybe go on their direct site and take a beginners class first. Also recommend take knee pads also. But definitely should try out.

Pole Virgin -Intro To Pole (Static) Level 1

My Intro class with Maria was the best intro class I’ve taken! I’ve been to a handful of studios in the area, and hers was easily the most comprehensive. We got a good warmup/workout followed by a step by step breakdown of 3 moves. At the end, we turned them into a short little flow. Perfect class if you’re in your beginner pole journey

    Decompression I

Shiona was great and I LOVED the class. She had a very calm and nice demeanor and explained things thoroughly. The 5 stars are for her. There were a few things off about the experience though including the guy at the front who was not super friendly and seemed almost annoyed by people. In a space like this I always expect positive energy and that wasn’t really the case. He also let someone into class 10 minutes late (which it clearly says on here is not allowed) and it disrupted everyone cause you could hear them talking for a few minutes then she clomped on in while we were doing the initial breathing and stretching series. I don’t think they should allow anyone who is late, and I say that as someone who is often later herself. It’s just not fair to other people.
