They actually teach you how to do it right, while keeping the pace and energy high and get an amazing workout. The other clients were helping me and I felt a part of the group, not alone in a corner in a dark room.

This is an actual dance school and I really like the teacher, the instructions, the facility, the cleanliness of the whole place. see all reviewsThis was a really interesting and highly specialized meditative movement modality. Because it was so unique, eyes were required to be closed the whole time, it was low to the ground, we were not permitted to stand up, these things should perhaps be listed on ClassPass ahead of time. I was expecting more of an ecstatic dance experience with freedom of movement but much more low key. This was not that but I can see it still being a helpful component to others healing and movement journeys! I wish the creator the best with this class!
