    Ok i was super skeptical of a dance class because my last year taking dance was 8th grade. I love pilates so stumbled upon this class and took a chance but OMG! This is one of the best classes I’ve ever taken in NYC. The instructor was amazing, her energy was so contagious and she pushed me to my limit!     Instructor was very kind, it was my first time at Bodyrok and they gave me a rundown of the studio and walked me through the machine before class started.     This class kicked my butt in the best way possible! It was a hard class, but I felt so accomplished afterwards. Instructor Alyssa was great. Lockers and cubby’s available. Machines in good condition, everything very clean. Cool vibes with the pink lighting and good music. Tough class but plenty of modifications given. I like the intro class as it was more repetitions and less trying to keep up with all the different move changes.
