I understand that it’s meant to pump people up, but I regularly do similar workout classes (Barry’s, Psycle etc) and the music is never even close to the level of 1Rebel. It’s seriously damaging and I can’t imagine the decibel level is healthy to be exposed to for even an hour. Similar establishments also usually give out earplugs for free (e.g. Psycle) and it’s criminal they don’t do the same at this 1Rebel
