This next comment is not for her, but just for Rumble in general: there should be more coaching on form/technique for the weight lifting, because just a simple instruction at the beginning of each round is probably not enough. I have good training in form but I always worry about people who don't because generally at Rumble classes, there are very few coaching/corrections in real time.

My favorite thing was the different variations Willow gave for poses. That was so helpful! Even when I couldn’t do certain movements, I still felt like I was part of the class with the variations I could do.
