The class is like a perfect blend of cardio, stretch, and strength. For an avid spinner like me (how did I get to where that can be said by me lol), it’s not too difficult. You can push yourself, but it’s neither easy nor hard. The music was good too! The strength portion on the other hand killed me; it was expected. And the yoga part was a great stretch after all the exertion. I enjoyed it!
