    Alice is the reason I come to iGita. This class has been the core of my fitness and yoga practice since I started attending in summer 2024 and the repetitive ashtanga practice has allowed me to my improvement over time. In this class, expect detailed instruction that emphasizes safety and correct posture while taking on athletic, challenging poses and an emphasis on breath and mindfulness. I have learned the most from Alice than any other yoga teacher in my life ❤️

    Love this class and Katie’s instruction! Great mix of challenging and sweaty and ease and focus on breath. Katie will listen if there are particular poses or transitions you’d like to spend more time in, is welcoming of modifications and makes sure to mention the history and spirituality of this practice to give folks a chance to reflect. Always ends with optional mint essential oil on the back of the neck which I love.
