    Nice, bright space. Upbeat instructor who seemed to pay good attention to our form and gave cues for adjustments. Music played in the background, which I liked, but the pace of the class is good enough to not need the two to pair up. Class was six people and that made it great for individual attention. Felt like I got a good workout in the hour!

    Intermediate Reformer

    Clearly cares about giving adjustments to everyone to make sure we're safe and doing the exercises effectively. Appreciate that she takes the time to model moves. A challenge after doing 3 beginner classes at this studio and many others elsewhere. First time I built up a moderate sweat doing reformer. Pinling is probably the best instructor here and has such a friendly demeanor :)

    It was a very good, challenging class. My only complaint is that the instructor could definitely be a little more encouraging. There were a lot of instructions but not a ton of positivity haha. And with how difficult the class is, definitely could’ve used some love. Great workout overall though.

    Really difficult class! Hannah was a great instructor- very clear and helpful for a newbie like me. The class is mostly toning and strengthening and I found it to be very physically challenging, so it would probably be best for someone who already works out/strength trains frequently.
