    This man loves a theme and even donned bunny ears and a cane and I love him for that!!!! Ethan’s themed classes are always the best! Today was an Easter class and because class was small everyone started all together on the treads before we all switched to the floor. I so appreciate the creativity and thought Ethan puts into his routines all while keeping the class really fun and interesting. 60 minutes with Ethan goes by in a flash. I don’t know if I am allowed to mention a member’s name on here but there was a sweet woman named Amanda who teamed up with me on the floor stations. She was such an enthusiastic and fun partner! Thank you to the studio for refilling the ear plug basket since it was empty last Sunday. Appreciate you all!

    Riya is an amazing instructor and the other students were very welcoming. Her playlist was superb and her coreographies made me sweat in the best of ways.     Ladies, and gentlemen, do yourself a favor and book Glute Camp with D'Juan. Awesome awesome workout!! He's a TRUE professional and exactly what I've been looking for to get those muscles activated. The warm up was really fun and sports inspired. He took the time throughout each set ensuring I had proper form, giving me modifications as needed for a previous injury, which I really appreciated! Also his workout gave me more than the typical lower body exercises you might be used to, big plus. I can't say enough good things about D'Juan as a trainer - he's friendly, motivational and his thorough knowledge make for an efficient and effective workout. Don't hesitate if you're not an athlete per se. Zero intimidation factor, so no worries there! 10/10
