see all reviewsGreat class and a great instructor! Gabby has such positive energy and does an excellent job giving individual attention to everyone in class. She regularly checks form and technique, offers corrections, and even works one-on-one holding the mitts so you can practice your punches. As a lefty with a natural southpaw stance, I especially appreciated that she took the time during both classes I’ve attended with her to help me adjust my technique accordingly. The space was clean, welcoming, and motivating, and the workout was both challenging and fun. I’d definitely take another class with Gabby!

He's a TRUE professional and exactly what I've been looking for to get those muscles activated. The warm up was really fun and sports inspired. He took the time throughout each set ensuring I had proper form, giving me modifications as needed for a previous injury, which I really appreciated! Also his workout gave me more than the typical lower body exercises you might be used to, big plus. I can't say enough good things about D'Juan as a trainer - he's friendly, motivational and his thorough knowledge make for an efficient and effective workout. Don't hesitate if you're not an athlete per se. Zero intimidation factor, so no worries there! 10/10
